Autism: Two Mothers Perspective
Please note, neither one of us have any studies to back this up, we just have common links with our children. This was just our conversation, but we decided to be brave, and I decided I would be the one to write it. I was talking to a friend last night, ( I think you earned that title) and we had a very interesting conversation about the things we have in common, Autism, Mental Illness, and the desire to be a voice. Pretty heavy stuff, since I had just randomly sent her a message and asked her about her views on what causes Autism. See we are two moms, in the same small state. We only know each through Facebook, although meeting in real life wouldn't be that hard, except for you know we both have children with special needs, multiple kids, are stay at home moms, and it's summer.
